Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 3-day return and exchange request policy, which means you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, the item must be shipped back or dropped off within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns — STORE CREDIT ONLY

ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible value of the returned item(s).

Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for store credit.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within the same timeframes and conditions stated above.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the exchange has been approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, eligible store credit will be issued instead.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, pins, undercaps, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are also final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
